My team covers many aspects of project delivery. Including setting and maintaining best practises/processes, managing project delivery through bridging the gap between technical and clients, enhancing the experience in a digital and visual way.

How did you get into what you do now? I was working in customer service and had an opportunity to move into IT and help with a data migration project. Probably showing my age but it was all captured on paper lol.

What do you do at work on a daily basis? Organise, talk and document
What advice do you have for someone new to the industry? Everyday is a school day
